Laterna Magica is a wooden kiosk inspired by the original meaning of the pavilion – a light, fabric-like structure. The gently folded roof and translucent façade refer to both baroque detail and the surrounding Brunnsparken. Painted in warm grey, the building blends into its context while standing out at night as a glowing urban lantern.

Windows on three sides and guillotine openings allow for seasonal adaptability. A square kitchen unit supports efficient workflows. Separate access points for deliveries and waste ensure smooth operation.

Built entirely from local wood, with minimal concrete foundation and solar-powered lighting, the kiosk reflects a sustainable and flexible urban typology.
