Ductus

Three apartments, layered along the slope.

A compact new building replaces a detached garage. The two-storey volume is split into two offset halves, creating a subtle rhythm and carefully negotiating the scale of the neighbouring structures. Between them: a protected exterior stair, defining the entrance and connecting all units.

Each apartment benefits from the site’s topography – with panoramic views across lake and landscape. A solid concrete core anchors the structure; the outer form is quiet, measured, and built for longevity.
