This semi-detached house was originally built in the 1930s and first renovated in the early 1980s by an architect couple. Their intervention added white floor tiles that still shape the spatial character today.

The recent renovation focused on updating infrastructure and surfaces – heating, windows, bathrooms, fireplace – while preserving defining elements from both eras. The original 1930s structure and the 1980s additions remain visible and in dialogue.

In the bathroom, pink Perlino marble brings warmth and geometric clarity. Rounded furniture edges and corner mirrors refer back to the architectural language of the 1930s. The white tiles were preserved wherever possible, creating continuity in transitional areas like corridors and staircases.
