Eight compact houses – each with its own garden and roof top.
In the middle of an established neighbourhood, a dense yet open cluster of homes is emerging. Two rows of four terraced houses are arranged along a shared courtyard. Each house offers private outdoor space – a garden at ground level, a rooftop terrace with views.
The project combines spatial quality with economic viability. The houses are built using timber elements – simple in structure, robust in expression. The façades are clad in ventilated wooden siding, the interiors defined by exposed timber, functional layouts, and ample daylight.
Built with a focus on sustainability: solid timber ceilings, photovoltaics, geothermal heating and green roofs. The technical systems are designed for efficiency, reduction, and long-term durability.
Designed for people who live together – and still value their own space.
