The volumetric composition consists of two buildings positioned at right angles to each other. Located at the boundary between a dense village center and a rural neighborhood, the arrangement allows for both spatial separation and moments of encounter. The buildings are set into the natural slope of the site, creating a direct connection with the topography and the surrounding context.

The red plaster facade, in combination with wood-metal windows, follows a monochromatic approach. Balcony elements made of pressure-treated white fir add a dark-toned layer to the exterior. The facade alternates between projecting and recessed sections, producing a rhythm of depth. Flat roofs with straight lines meet the historical village backdrop without ornamental reference.
